5.00Jiří, our driver, made this day perfect. We had a great time on the drive to Prague and we enjoyed stopping and exploring Český Krumlov and České Budéjovice with Jiří. Thank you, Jiří! Five star service, super safe driver and very friendly and kind. It was great having an English speaking driver who was happy to answer all of our questions and also be our tour guide all along the journey.

3.00This one is hard to review - our driver got us from Passau to Prague but it was not smooth. He went to wrong pickup point but did call me right away to get connected. Was not as advertised - was supposed to be a luxury car with air conditioning - it was an older Skoda with 311k km - ac did not work - it was hot. There were ants in the seats. He was personable and spoke reasonable english and he tried hard. Overall just not as advertised - not the nrm of Viator Tours.
