5.00We had a wonderful experience!! They were very professional, arrived on time, helped with our bags, and helped my Dad safely get in and out of the van with his limited mobility. Lilo was our driver and he was not only a great driver that we felt safe with, he was also very nice and friendly! The van also had air conditioning, WIFI, and complimentary drinks. They provide an excellent service! I have used them before on previous trips and I would use them again on all future trips.

5.00Hired the bus from Confressi to POP. The driver was on time , courtesy , clean and luxurious bus , WiFi available and very careful driver. Price for 2 was $40 Cheaper than most taxis without WiFi and the space.

5.00I booked via TA and it didn't disappoint. The operator was very good with communication. Only a slight hiccup, the operator said the driver would meet us outside customs with a sign. No sign, no driver but I found him by walking around the parking lot. Make sure you know what van to look for and it's no issue. I had multiple conversations with the operator for our return trip to the airport and they were extremely fast getting back to me. I would definitely book them again.

The driver Felipe was very friendly and informed about local point of interest along the ground transportation, high recommend D.S.R.R ground service. Jen at the office is clearly fluent in English and send prompt replies to any questions.
