This service has an estimated time of 20 - 25 minutes from the airport to the hotel, this is a private service. You need to provide your flight information and hotel details, we will assign a driver for you that will be waiting for you at the airport holding a sign with your name on the right side after you pass the immigration and customs-exit, your ride will start and you only need to relax and enjoy the drive to your destination. 1.00Never showed up and refused my refund request. Took an Uber instead. Communicated with driver, they were late and at a different location from what the app told us.

1.00I booked and paid on line for welcomepickups.com to meet us at the airport in Panama City. I got their app as instructed so I could communicate with my driver "Raphael". Twice I messaged that our flight was badly delayed and never got a reply. At 4 pm while still sitting in Miami a WhatsApp message asked me where we were. My messages thru their app were of no concern to him as he argued back and forth with me that I should have changed the time thru my "travel agent" which I never had. I used their app, welcomepickups as instructed but was stood up. Don't book any ride in advance at Tocumen Airport, there are taxi drivers there who will take you for much less, that's what we ended up doing.

5.00The driver was waiting for us and texted me. Although we mistakenly thought we were in a different terminal, he managed to find us quickly. The car was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed talking to the driver.

2.00We were a group of eight friends arriving at Panama. We booked this activity and even had a previous chat with the provider requesting our flight information. We appreciated that communication, but the pick up information was clear in the booking information: it would be in Zone 4, terminal 1. Nevertheless, our car was not waiting for us when we got out of customs. After a while we contacted our provider and told us our driver was in terminal 2(?) that he would get to our location in a while. We waited for another 10-15 minutes and finally a very beat up van appeared. The vehicle was not at all what was expected, it was beat up outside and worn and dirty inside. Our driver was courteous and got us to our hotel, but that was certainly not worth $120. A black Uber would cost $25 and we would have spent $50 for two cars.
