This service has an estimated time of 20 - 25 minutes from the airport to the hotel, this is a private service. You need to provide your flight information and hotel details, we will assign a driver for you that will be waiting for you at the airport holding a sign with your name on the right side after you pass the immigration and customs-exit, your ride will start and you only need to relax and enjoy the drive to your destination. During the service, you will also be able to observe from a distance part of the old city of Panama. This is a 24/7, and private service.

Worst airport pick up service

1.00Reserved for 7:30 pick up at airport. Reservation was for a full size van. 7:50 and no driver. Called the service line and they had to find diver. Paid $57 for the full size van but the driver showed up with a mini van. We were a group of fishermen with large fishing rod tubes and multiple pieces of luggage. It took some creative wedging to fit everything in the mini and still carry us. Will never use victor again for any future activity. No explanation as to why the driver wasn’t there on time and why the switch to smaller van.

5.00Enjoyed the ride. The driver was patient, friendly, curious. He took the time to communicate with us through translation and made the time enjoyable. Our flight was delayed however the driver was there waiting to receive up. Would book aga.

1.00No show. Zero communication, stood in the 90+ degree heat for almost 40 minutes. Then just arranged alternative transportation which came immediately. The support chat person was of zero help. Was unable to reach the group coordinator and just apologized and said a refund would need to be “reviewed”…seriously???
First time in Panama…driver was great!

4.00It was a very good connection. A little misunderstanding with pickup, but that was just a language barrier thing. WhatsApp became our best friend. So keep WhatsApp handy and it will be great.
