The driver demonstrated excellent professionalism throughout the journey. He was punctual, friendly and maintained a cordial attitude throughout. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and in perfect condition, which made the trip very pleasant. In addition, he drove with caution and respect for traffic regulations, transmitting safety and confidence. His willingness to help with luggage and respond kindly to questions was remarkable. Undoubtedly, your commitment to offering a quality Service is rating. I highly recommend it and would not hesitate to travel with it again. Excellent experience.

The tour guide provided excellent service — very friendly and always willing to help with anything he could. In addition to taking us to tourist attractions and explaining their histories, he also helped with simple things like operating the washing machine and dryer since we couldn’t read Portuguese. There were many things we couldn’t do in Brazil because people didn’t speak English, so he acted as our interpreter. On top of that, he was extremely friendly and kind.

Ricardo's service is simply wonderful. He knows a lot about the history of the city of Gramado/Canela. It taught us a lot about this story. Furthermore, he is an extremely pleasant person and willing to contribute a lot to make our trip wonderful.
