4.00Safe and reliable service. Inexpensive way to get to and from cruise port. Driver was waiting when we got off the plane and upon return we are contacted as to what time we would be off our ship.

5.00It was 11 of us, driver Francisco was on time waiting for us, loaded our bags in the van, very professional and helpful, nice. I would definitely suggest using their service and yes I would use them when I’m flying into San Juan.

3.00Normally my bookings with Viator are perfect. This time there were a couple of flaws. I booked a pick up from the airport in Puerto Rico and drop off at my hotel for 10 of us. The day before they called me to tell me that they made a mistake and it cost $50 more. The driver was there right on time and waiting for us. He was great. The van was for 14 and had a number of broken seatbelts so we had to scurry around to find seats. But we found 10 eventually. Otherwise it was great.
