5.00Edgar was waiting by baggage claim and called as we were walking. Our ride was perfect. Not only did we get transportation to our resort, Edgar visited with us and gave us all the good local spots to eat and visit. Highly recommend!

5.00We arranged for transportation from the San Juan airport to our hotel through Viator . The provider they connected us with was San Juan shuttle services and tours. The entire experience from booking to airport pick up was excellent. We made our booking several months in advance of our trip for four people with a lot of luggage. Between booking and our trip Viator made periodic contact to ensure everything was in order. On the day we arrived at the San Juan airport the owner, Francisco, and the driver, his son Frankie met us at baggage claim with a sign identifying they were there for us. The next time we come to San Juan I would specifically look for San Juan shuttle services to provide our transportation.
