Your airport pickup will be located outside the terminal. Once you have completed Immigration and Customs, proceed to the arrival area. Use the first door on the right next to Island Car Rental to exit the terminal. Upon exiting the terminal, turn right and head towards the restroom. You will find our greeter standing behind the barricade (in front of Sixt Car Rental) holding a sign that says CHADS TRAVELS TRANSFERS & EXCURSIONS (Please do not look for your name). When you spot the greeter, present your ticket and they will call your driver and stay with you until you go on the vehicle. Once you enter the vehicle you will immediately be brought to your resort. For your departure: Your driver will meet you in the lobby of your resort at the pickup time provided to you. If your flight is changed or any changes need to be made for your departure please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
