5.00From start to finish it was extremely smooth. I received my confirmation when I first made my appointment and then a reminder a few days before my flight. Christian was waiting for us at baggage claim with our name on a placard letting us know he was there. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future. As a matter of fact I was trying to secure a return to the airport and unfortunately they have no availability. So make sure to book your return at the same time that you book your arrival pick up.
