5.00Ala G picked us up. Our flight was an hour late but he was there waiting for us . The flight arrived after 10 pm . So professional and friendly. He put us at ease right away. Safe driver and a terrific first contact in a new place. We also used Ôthentic Travel & Services to go back to the airport. Same great service this time with Anis M. My only regret is that I pre booked a few excursions not knowing Ôthentic does this too. Next time I will absolutely use this company for excursions as well. The office staff are great as well. Got right back to us with information both times I was confirming/booking. If you’re looking for a reliable professional company in Tunisia I’d try this company first.

5.00Our flight was over an hour delayed. Ala was there with a name sign so we could find him. He waited for us. He could not have been nicer or more professional. Very safe driver, pleasant and welcoming. He made a stressful day feel relaxed. Got us where we were going with the extra of his extensive easy local touch. Thank you !!
