5.00I will not use Viator again. However, on a positive note, my driver was excellent—accommodating, professional, friendly, and punctual. The experience with the driver alone would warrant a five-star rating; in fact, I would rate it ten stars. Unfortunately, due to the unprofessional behavior and lack of knowledge demonstrated by Viator as a company, I cannot assign a positive rating to the overall experience. I would have given zero stars for Viator, but my driver compensated for this by providing exceptional service, making up for the shortcomings of the company.
