All our staff will be duly identified either with the company logo or the name of the clients. Then, when the staff has found the clients, they will be on their way to their destination, where on the route they will be able to observe different fauna and flora. The client's choice will be offered if they want to make a stop for bathrooms or food.

5.00Rafael was great. Very friendly and accommodating. We were starving after landing and he took us to a great buffet before the hour and half drive to resort. Highly recommended.

5.00Our driver was waiting for us just outside the airport with a sign showing our names, easy to find, helped with bags. The SUV was air conditioned nicely, he had water for us, and we made it safely to our hotel. I would recommend using them again (and we already booked him for our return trip to the airport!)

5.00Rafa was our driver!! He was extremely kind and we usually have a lot of questions about the country, thw culture, where to eat and drink, and he answered each one. He even went back to get my brother and and sister in law who had flown into SanJose instead of Guanacaste. Would highly recommend thia service!

5.00Speaks very good English and was able to tell us lots both about the local area and even about other parts of Costa Rica. Was also flexible when our timeline for the day changed which was very helpful for us. Great driver, would give him more than 5 stars if we could!
