5.00The gentleman was very professional. He was waiting for us with a sign with our name as soon as we went through baggage claim and customs. He carried our bags and drove us directly to our apartment without issue. The vehicle was clean, large and comfortable. I would recommend him anytime.

5.00I would recommend this company only for the transfer from the airport to the hotel and not vice versa. Gustavo was awaiting me upon arrival at the Quito airport with a sign with my name on it. He was an excellent driver who spoke good English and who safely got me to my hotel in the historic center of Quito on a timely basis. I was so pleased with this service that I subsequently made an online reservation for the departure transfer from the hotel to the airport with the same company. However, I ultimately wound up cancelling it because they suggested a hotel departure time that was only 2 hours before my flight. To allow only 2 hours to get from the historic center of Quito to the airport in morning rush hour traffic, check my luggage, go through security, and walk to the gate at the slow pace that I walk at age 73 was sheer lunacy. I would have missed my flight. So I decided to opt for my hotel’s VIP airport transfer instead, even though it cost $22 more than the aforementioned airport transfer service.
