3.00No one was waiting for us at the airport as promised. Had to find someone to ask and then told they had car trouble and would be 20 min late. Since on holiday not a big deal. When they did show up he was nice enough and stopped at grocery store to get supplies on way to VRBO so that made up for the lateness.

5.00Excellent service, easy pick up and friendly driver. 8 of us hired a van to pick us up at Zihuatanejo airport and drive us to our AirBnB. Our driver let us stop and grab some cervezas for the trip and a great time was had by all!!
