We offer a first-class bus transfer from and to La Aurora Airport. - We like to be prepared for you and as soon we receive your booking, we will coordinate with our staff to be tracking your flight information on the day of arrival in case of any delay, early arrival, etc. - For airport pick up please note that our staff will be waiting for you at the Pink Gate Exit with a sign reading your name. - If the pick-up is at the lobby of your hotel, please be ready 15 minutes before. - The route back and forth from the Airport to your hotel in Guatemala City could last between 20 to 45 minutes depending on the traffic volume.

The driver, Carlos, was great. He turned up on time and got us to our destination safety. The company itself needs to improve their customer service. We messaged several times for an update prior to the trip and their response time was very slow which made us question if we were going to be picked up at all. This isn't acceptable. Overall, we got what we paid for and are happy with the driving service provided. We would use this company again.

We needed a 2:30 am pickup at our hotel to get to the airport. Our driver was prompt and courteous and got us there with no problems. I would use this service again.

Our driver Adelso was extremely friendly and helpful with our bags. The Booking Agent Pedro responded to my inquiries promptly. They were on time to pick us up, and we got to Antigua faster than we thought.
