This is an exclusive excursion for you to live this unforgettable moment of once in a lifetime in the most private atmosphere. We will pick you up at your Hotel or accomodation and take you to a paradisiac beach and the most popular for the turtles to nest. Once there we will welcome you on our Glamping Tent for an introductory briefing about sea turtles. During the briefing, we will explain you the most important things about sea turtles, the description of the animal, how they reproduce, distribution, habitat, diet, nesting process, threats and some rules that we need to follow during the excursion in order to do it in the most respectful way to wildlife. After the introductory briefing, the turtle walk will start under the starry african sky. Guided privately by our expert guides and equiped with special red lights, we will be able to witness the loggerhead sea turtles layingg their eggs on the beach. An experience that you won't forget.

5.00It was a very educational but also unique experience on Sal watching the turtles. We would be super informed by the team and about the living conditions of the turtles before we went to the beach as a small group to get a unique experience. A highly recommended tour that also protects the lives of turtles.

5.00We will never forget this experience. We had the chance to witness the laying of turtles, a moment of rare intensity, almost unreal. Before joining the beach, Jeannette passionately shared her knowledge about these magnificent creatures, their history, their habits, and the challenges of protecting them. Then, in the silence of the night, we saw the magic work... To see a turtle come and lay down life before our eyes is to witness a miracle of nature. The stars shone above, the waves sang in the distance, and I... had tears in my eyes. It was overwhelming, unforgettable, and deeply valuable. Thank you for this moment etched in my heart

Magical encounter with sea turtles

5.00This is the first time I've been able to have such a close encounter with sea turtles during their nesting season, and I must say it left a lasting impression on me. During each of the excursions we booked, we were able to witness this wonderful phenomenon in all its stages, always with a very respectful approach to the turtles. SeaLife is definitely a great choice if you're looking for ecotourism excursions on Sal Island. Thank you so much to Marta and Jailson for this magical adventure. We'll see you again, as it makes us want to do it again!

5.00After patiently waiting under the clear star light stars, unaffected by light pollution we where privileged to have really close up experience of witnessing one of many turtles actually making a nest then lying eggs, really a eye opener to the dedication of the conservation programme.. Then witnessed a shooting star across the sky as we returned to the transport vehicle made the night.. Brilliant
