  It was a very interesting tour that was made more interesting by our driver who provided an informative and entertaining tour. Explaining everything at the temple and providing us with interesting information about bali in general. He also took us to a coffee roasters. The temple and scenery are stunning. The fire dance brilliant.

  Highly recommend booking a tour if visiting Uluwatu temple. From booking the experience on the website, receiving confirmation email, details about pick up or where we had to meet the guide- these were all very smooth. We were staying in Nusa Dua so they couldn’t pick us up from the resort , we organised our own transport and met the guide Kadek Pedro. He was funny, knowledgeable abd prepared us for the experience He warned us about the cheeky monkeys and ensured we looked after our belongings He shared lots of info about the temple, its history, the monkeys, and also ensured we had great viewing spots to watch the dance . Having a guide meant we didn’t wonder around aimlessly, which made it a positive experience Highly recommend booking a tour - you won’t regret it especially if you’re lucky enough to get Kadek Pedro!

  Our private driver Eddy was a nice guy and guide. He told us a lot about Bali and patiently answered our questions! He drove responsibly and we can recommend him as a private driver, plus he has a sense of humor!

  Budi was our guide and made everything easy so that we didn’t have to wait in line for tickets to the temple and the Kecak dance. He also picked us up and delivered us safely back to our hotel on the other side of the island. Thank you!

  

• Excellent Uluwatu Temple and Kecak Fire Dance Show Tour

  We really enjoyed the Uluwatu Temple and Kecak Fire Dance Evening Tour. The entire tour lasted about 6 hours, including 1 1/2 hour drives each way (from our hotel in Kuta), ~2 hours at the temple area, and 1 hour for dinner after the show. The tour included walking (about 45 min.) around / though the temple / trails, which is situated on the top of a cliff beside the ocean, and has a very beautiful view. As a part of the walk, you can observe the many, many monkeys (beware the monkeys like to take food, hats, and glasses). The highlight is the show, which runs for about 45 min., and occurs in an outdoor amphitheatre overlooking the ocean, cliff and temple area, and tells a traditional Balinese story through song and pantomime / dancing. We attended the second show, which started at 7:10 pm and finished about 8 pm. Our driver / guide, Edy, did a great job getting us to / from the stops, taking us all around the temple area, and providing a lot of great information. The meal was at a restaurant about a 1/2 hour from Kuta, well situated on the beach. The restaurant serves primarily seafood, so non-seafood eaters will have challenges. The other areas where there can be some improvement is for the variety and quality of the available meals. Overall, I highly recommend this tour and the driver / guide Edy.

  Beautiful place to visit. Our wonderful driver and guide, Dharma, helped us safely navigate the troops of cheeky monkeys to show us some of the best vantage points of this beautiful temple. The traditional performance was great (this is not a fire twirling show), but very crowded (we saw first show). Thanks for experience.

  Leo was an excellent tour guide. He explained everything to us. The experience was really good. The food was amazing. The show was really good. Leo was verypatient with us.   We booked the fire show with seafood dinner expecting a simple evening, but the experience turned out to be so much more than we anticipated. The tour included additional stops and cultural insights that made the entire night feel rich and memorable rather than rushed. Our guide, Leo, truly made the experience exceptional. He was thoughtful, friendly, and an excellent driver, which made us feel safe and relaxed throughout the trip. He took the time to explain everything clearly, shared local knowledge, and was incredibly patient with all our questions and timing. His calm and accommodating nature made the tour feel personal instead of transactional. The fire show was mesmerizing, and the seafood dinner was fresh and delicious, providing the perfect ending to an already incredible evening.
