5.00Going around parts of Asia, I noticed that when you choose a private car with driver, you get just that. We went to Malaysia and ordered a driver and car but he didn't take us to any tour. This, however, we got both. And the price was amazingly inexpensive for having a driver and also someone who told us about the city. He usually has a set tour, but he found out that we weren't very interested in some tourist places so he personalized what we wanted. All in all, I'm pretty happy with their service and would recommend them again.

5.00DinDin was a great driver; very knowledgeable of the area and a pleasure to be with. I had a very short time to tour around Batam, but we got to see some of the sites I had on my list.
Driving all the way allows friends to occupy the assistant driver's seat, and the entire family has 6 adults in the back seat.

2.00Book 6 people 10 hours of transfer service, the driver claims that the company only notified 8 hours of service, and the entire course with friends occupied (seated) assistant driver's seat, let us 6 adults crowded in the back 2 rows of seats, with excessive heat and discomfort, not a good consumer experience.
