• Engaging, educational and fun tour of Pyramids of Giza- two days in Egypt

  Had a great trip with Paula when we chose to do a two day tour to the Pyramids of Giza when on a cruise. Paula is knowledgeable, personable and easy to understand. He has a wonderful perspective and understanding of ancient Egypt and great knowledge of Coptic Christian traditions as well! He was able to help us even with a baby and stroller in tow, and found spots to help us keep cool in 40 plus heat. Some of the facilities could have been nicer, but this was reasonable based on the price we paid.

  

  

  

  

• An Unexpected Experience Beyond my Imagination

  In February 2026, we reached out to Paula to help us to organize an Egyptian trip including the river Nile cruise. Paula helped us to organize a most memorable, fun, educational and remarkable 8 day Egyptian vacation with less than 24 hours notice. My husband and I was getting ready to go on an 11 day Celebrity cruise in Athens when we received this last minute notice that the cruise was canceled. I reached out to Paula and asked if he could organize a trip in Egypt for us. Miraculously, Paula arranged our flights, hotels, river cruise, tour guide etc. all this with only a few hours notification. We were greeted by Paula’s appointed guide as soon as we stepped off our plane arriving from Athens. He took our passports to get us entry visas. After picking up our luggage, Paula met us outside the airport and started our tour. We enjoyed an Egyptian lunch and spent the whole afternoon visiting the newly opened GEM ( Grand Egyptian Museum). Paula is very passionate and proud of his Egyptian history. We learned much about King Ramses and ancient Egyptian history. The GEM is truly Grand! We enjoyed taking the escalator ride to view the statues . At the top tier, there’s this amazing view of the Three pyramids in Giza! Seeing all the treasures of King Tut was a highlight. We also loved visiting Coptic Cairo. We had another side trip to Memphis and the Saqqara step pyramid. After Cairo we flew to Aswan to join our Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor. Paula could not come with us but arranged a fantastic guide, Yuhanna, who guided us. Cruising the Nile is delightful. On the cruise we visited three different old Egyptian temples: Roman Philae Temple, Temple of Kom Omni: quite spectacular all lit up at dusk and the Temple of Edfu where we were driven by a horse drawn carriage. Our trip culminated in Luxor. Luxor is truly remarkable! We visited Valley of the Kings, Luxor Temple, Mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the temple of Karnak. Our trip culminated with a flight back to Cairo. We rejoined Paula and revisited the GEM and had a special trip to Paula’s home church. Thanks Paula for an unforgettable Egyptian experience!   Paula is the VERY BEST GUIDE i ever met! He is such a charming, kind guy and he absolutely knows everything about history & culture, shows many interesting, different and stunning places, will keep you save at the wild streets and let you get the Beef and Chicken Shawarma of a lifetime! 😍 It is a pleasure to spend time with him to discover the amazing and stunning city CAIRO! 🥰 I highly recommend every tour with him, thanks for everything dear Paula! 🤗

  Our cruise out of Athens was canceled at the last minute! Fortunately we had a connection to Paula and he arranged an 8 day Cairo and Nile cruise within 24 hours! Our tour was private, saving us a lot of time. The experience was amazing. We had been to Cairo once before so Paula tailored our experience to revisit some places and also see new places. Our whole time in Cairo, Aswan, on the Nile cruise, Luxor and valley of the Kings was an unforgettable experience. Everything went smoothly and we were always well taken care of. Paula couldn’t come with us on the Nile cruise, but Yohanna took good care of us. At the end I felt like I could start to understand hieroglyphics! The new GEM museum was a big highlight. But when I think of it every place we visited was a highlight! One after another. The fact that we were well taken care of enabled us enjoy every minute.   Paula made my trip to Egypt such a great experience. He knows so much about Egypt and explained everything in a clear and interesting way. He also did an amazing job organizing everything, from the tours to restaurants and shopping, which made the trip easy and stress-free. Thanks to him, I had a really fun and memorable time.

  We had an absolutely incredible experience on our tour through Luxor and Aswan. From the very beginning, Paula was outstanding in his communication and organization. He provided us with several options at different price points, allowing us to choose something that perfectly suited our budget without compromising on quality. He even included some optional things to do for example, hot air balloon or Abu Simbel. Throughout the entire journey, Paula stayed in touch, making sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt well taken care of. The drivers in both Luxor and Aswan were respectful, patient, and reliable, which made traveling between sites stress-free and comfortable. Our tour guide, Hafiz, was truly exceptional—his deep knowledge of ancient Egyptian history, as well as the culture and traditions of Luxor and Aswan, brought every temple and landmark to life. He shared fascinating stories and insights about the places we visited, giving us a deeper appreciation of Egypt’s rich history. Hafiz spoke both English and Arabic fluently, which made communication seamless and even more enjoyable. This tour was well-organized, professional, and filled with memorable moments. We felt safe, informed, and inspired every step of the way.   Paul wasn’t just our guide; he brought the Pyramids to life! My trip to the Giza Pyramids with Paul was more than just a visit; it was an **epic adventure through time**. From the moment we met, Paul’s passion for Egypt’s history was infectious. He didn’t just give us facts; he **told stories** that made pharaohs, workers, and ancient secrets feel *real*. We avoided the crowds thanks to his clever timing, marveled at the wonders of a pyramid’s chamber (while he explained the ‘how’ and ‘why’), and even got his secret tip for the **perfect Sphinx photo spot**! Paul also took us to a local spot for koshary lunch—a delightful surprise we’d have missed otherwise.

  Mina was amazing and you can’t do the pyramids without him. Any questions Pyramid of Gisa related or not - he knew. I would recommend him and Adham the driver to anyone that visits Cairo. We will be going to Luxor at some point and we will only go if he is our tour guide. If he is busy as he often is, we will change the dates of our trip for him.
