  Monarc VIP Tours provided an amazing solo travel experience in Banff! I contacted them a few days before my trip to Banff, hoping to balance sightseeing with local hiking. Leeza planned out my entire week’s itinerary before I landed in Calgary, adding thoughtful suggestions for my free days. They handled my airport transfers, a group tour, and five private tours seamlessly. I appreciated their flexibility—even though they don't traditionally offer hikes, they gladly accommodated my request and customized the itinerary for me. My guide, Jugal, was dedicated to making sure I had a great time and even helped me take better photos with my iPhone. Having one trusted team manage my entire week made my vacation stress-free.   Our bachelorette trip to Banff was made unforgettable thanks to V! Traveling with a group of 13 girls could not have been easy, but V handled every moment with patience, kindness, professionalism, and an incredible sense of hospitality. From the moment he picked us up in Calgary, he went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience while staying safe and comfortable. Not only was he an excellent driver, but his knowledge of Banff and the surrounding areas made it feel like we had a private tour guide included. He shared local insights, recommendations, and stories that made the trip extra special. What really set V apart were all his thoughtful touches. He welcomed us to Canada with Timbits from Tim Hortons, surprised us with karaoke microphones so we could sing our hearts out on the drive, and even gifted each of us a Banff magnet at the end of our trip. Every detail showed how much he genuinely cared about making our experience special. V was always punctual, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. He consistently checked in to make sure everyone was having fun, comfortable, and taken care of. By the end of the trip, he wasn’t just a driver but truly a part of our Banff experience. We could not be more appreciative of him and the amazing experience he shared with us. I cannot recommend V highly enough. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your driver, you’re in for a very special treat.

  We had an amazing time with our tour guide, Vishal. He patiently waited for us even if we were running late. He is the ultimate example of deluxe service. He was super good with kids and was really knowledgeable about the history of Banff. We learned a lot and covered the most important sites we wanted to see in a short amount of time because he asked us from the get go what was most important to us.   “V” our driver and tour guide has been totally awesome in every way! He picked our group of 9 who have come to the Canadian Rockies for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend in Calgary and dropped us off at our hotel in Banff. Not only did he always pick us up on time, he also was happy to make a couple of unplanned stops including a surprise stop at a stunning place for a look around and time for photos. Today he took 13 of us on a pre-planned tour of Moraine Lake and Lake Louise before taking us to our white water rafting adventure. V surprised us with karaoke mics and a speaker because he thought that we would have fun… we did! Unfortunately two of the girls had to head back to our hotel in Banff and he arranged a taxi to pick them up in Lake Louise. It made them feel well taken care of and much less stressed. Thanks V!!! One last thing… since we had prepaid for our rafting adventure, we asked V to join us and with a little coaxing, he did! We all had a blast and V became part of our group! I highly recommend him for not only shuttle services, but for your tour needs as well!

  V was absolutely amazing. We were here for a bachelorette party and he literally thought of everything. He brought us donut on our first day always have chilled. Water was on time and exceedingly courteous and professional and over-the-top thoughtful. He provided all kinds of interesting information on everything we were looking at as we drove through Banff and beyond, very knowledgeable. On our last day with him, he even brought a special small speaker and two microphones, so the girls could do karaoke in the van!! You will be in great hands. Cannot emphasize how fabulous your trip will be if you use V as your driver/guide!

  It was incredible, Vishal was the best tour guide! We saw so many beautiful sites and had time to enjoy everything without feeling rushed. Truly the best day.

  We had the most incredible day with Vishal in Banff! Wow, we saw so many amazing places and he had the best information to share. We were able to just enjoy the gorgeous scenery and not worry about parking, lines, driving, park passes, etc etc. We cannot recommend this tour enough, perfect day.
