1.00The tour guide was a no show, no communication. It took 45 minutes and calls to Viator and the guide to figure out she wasn’t coming. After texting in addition to calling she admitted that she overbooked that day. We were left to figure it out and still saw a few things on our own but the tour was a supreme disappointment.

A native of Guanajuato, she had deep knowledge of the city’s history & culture, communicated extremely effectively in perfect English, and was engaging & delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with her & benefited greatly from her expertise. She gave us other recommendations for places to visit & directed us to a place for a delicious lunch. Book this tour - it’s a great experience!

5.00My guide Bere is great. She is passionate and knowledgeable of the city in and out. She told me the history of the city and showed me to many landmarks and sceneries of the city including some secret alleyways that was unknown to a lot of tourist. She is patient and tailor the experience to fit you the best. Choose her, you will have an exceptional experience of the city

5.00Really enjoyed our private tour with Bere. We went at our own pace while Bere shared much information about the history of the city and the country, traditional foods and music, and gave us recommendations for restaurants and museums. It was also great that she answered questions about her life as a local, about her upbringing, and about her family. We were really surprised to hear about now affordable University is. Something like tuition of $100 USD a year. Wish we had that in the US. Very informative tour, nice and personable guide in Bere.
