1.00DO NOT USE TEBJX, They did not show up to pick up a family of 4 with children for a transfer from BJX to San Miguel de Allende without any explanation. And when calling them to reconfirm the return, nobody answered the phone after many attempts! Very bad business practice!

5.00Fabrizio was an excellent, friendly and informative driver. However I had real issues with booking this via Viator/TripAdvisor: NO WHERE was there a space to indicate time of pickup, not whilst booking or in the confirmation. We had to research the company and call ourselves: twice!

5.00After a long travel day, this was a great decision to hire a driver as it’s a good 60-90 minute drive from the airport. Fabricio was engaging - when I wasn’t nodded off - and a very safe driver.
