Vehicles are regularly inspected and fitted with two-way radios for communication within the park. We booked our Yala Safari with Kotiya Safari and it was one of the best experiences of our trip to Sri Lanka. The safari started from Tissamaharama, very close to Yala National Park, which made everything smooth and well organized. Our Yala Safari guide and driver were extremely professional and experienced. They know Yala National Park very well and chose the best routes inside the park. Thanks to them, we were able to see leopards, elephants, crocodiles, deer, wild boar, peacocks, and many bird species. The safari jeep was clean, comfortable, and perfect for photography. The guide explained the animals and nature clearly and respected wildlife and park rules, which made the safari feel authentic and responsible.
