5.00The whole tean is very patience. professional & caring. Gear is clean & good. Instructor very professional. We have 10 ppl on that day and one instructor for 2/3 ppl. So lucky as the water was clear and we can see the coral fish clearly. I felt safe and very enjoyed. Highly recommended!!

5.00Spectacular! Very attentive and careful with the preparation of everything, from the masks to the way we move in the water. John, Colin and Hugo were exceptional in guiding and explaining. Now, nothing to do with the Enterprise and the guides, I found the beaches and the islands very dirty, we snorkeled almost always with plastic around. The amount of fish and some coral were dead, unfortunately. Of course, Onbird is not to blame, but it ends up getting a little sad because the experience gets "contaminated" with these details that we humans provoke.

5.00⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Snorkelling Tour with Onbird! Our family had the most incredible experience with Onbird! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and so well-organized. The guides were extremely informative, sharing fascinating insights about the marine life and local area in a way that kept both adults and kids engaged. What really stood out was how wonderfully they looked after our children (7 and 9 years old). They were so patient, encouraging, and made sure our kids felt confident and safe in the water. It truly made the day so much more enjoyable and stress-free for us as parents. We also loved the special touch of fresh fruit and drinks served on a private island — such a beautiful, relaxing way to end an amazing adventure. The whole experience was seamless, beautifully run, and full of special moments. Thank you, Onbird team, for creating such a memorable day for our family — we couldn’t recommend you highly enough! 🌊🐠💙

5.00I have done many day trip snorkeling trip, from an organisation and communication perspective this was by far the best. On the actual day, there was a safety briefing and also an equipment check (not common) the day was well explained and then before the first snorkel Colin explained what fish and Coral we may see and then took time while in the water to point it out. The visibility wasn’t great due to the time of year but I still felt safe (we changed our first snorkel spot due to strong current). I really enjoyed the coral garden a project the team have to rehabilitate coral

5.00Thoroughly impressed with all aspect of this trip. On the date of my original booking I was offered a discount because of unfortunate weather, but was also asked if I had any options for alternate days. Thankfully I still had some days left on the island, and rebooking my trip was super smooth. As a result, I got a much better experience in lovely clear and calm water! Communication in advance of the trip was generally truly top notch, by far exceeding my expectations! I felt completely safe, and well informed enough to properly prepare for the trip. The guides were great, serving professionalism while still being fun and jovial. The equipment was also of great standard. I particularly appreciated the attention to the safety and comfort of all participants; everyone's swimming level was gauged carefully and accomodations made where necessary. As a result, anyone from experienced and confident swimmers to complete beginners can enjoy this trip. The focus on environmentalism and coral protection was also very much appreciated. It feels better to know that I got to appreciate the beauty of these places with minimal negative impact. And the tour really did take us to lesser visited places! On the first stop, we were one of two boats there. On the second, we had the location entirely to ourselves! This was my first time seeing coral reefs in real life, and it was a truly magical experience. I would absolutely go again if I could, and fully recommend this company!

5.00This was a great snorkeling tour. I've been snorkeling quite a few times before and feared that the wildlife in Phu Quoc would not be that interesting, but I was pleasantly surprised. We saw a lot of wildlife and varieties of coral and it was only half a day. The guides were friendly and professional. They gave us thorough instructions before our arrival so we felt well prepared when we arrived. I was impressed that they could accommodate multiple skill levels. Our group had first-timers who could not swim as well as experienced snorkelers and we all had a good time. The equipment was high quality and the crew was happy to swap out something if it did not work for you. The snorkels had good valves to prevent backflow. This company is also far more responsible than other tour companies we saw while out on the water. I applaud OnBird's efforts toward conservation and responsible ecotourism but I fear they are in the minority locally. Next time we're in Phu Quoc I'll book another tour. They tell me there's much more reef to see.

5.00Small very professional organization. Instant answers to questions via WhatsApp. Pick-up at the hotel on time. Small team of four highly qualified and extremely friendly divers. Excellent quality of diving equipment. Security and outstanding support. Explanations and testing of shallow water diving equipment before going diving twice Scientific deposit with explanation of what we would see before each dive. Full respect for nature with warning of actions that could harm coral preservation. After a disastrous experience in the Cham Islands, I congratulate the whole team for their professionalism, joy and good humor. If you are a Snorkeling enthusiast , there is no hesitation this organization is very reliable

5.00We booked this experience at the last minute and was impressed from the very first moment. Before the day, the communication about the experience was clear. The safety briefing on the day was great. The equipment we used was excellent. And the guides were fantastic. The two snorkelling locations we visited were fabulous with excellent views of excellent coral and fish. The short stop at the island was fun too! Definitely would recommend and do this again if we ever return to Phu Quoc!
