The dispatcher at the airport quickly contacted the driver when we came out of the airport, and we waited only a few minutes (we were greatful not to wait in the giant mob looking for cabs). The vehicle was clean and had a professional high-quality feel. Water bottles were included. The driver gave us great information about the island during the drive.
