  Would rate this travel and tours 10 stars. Accommodation was very good, clean, hospitable, accommodating and customer-focused. Plus points for big-plated complimentary breakfast (hoped there were additional choices in the menu), transfer vans were all new and very conducive for long travels, tied-up parties for the overall tour i.e buffet lunch, snacks, choice and proximity of accommodation to destinations and airport, assigned tour guide (Kuya Roman) was very kind, accommodating and patient. Well-coordinated tour to all destinations in the itinerary, sasakay at bababa nalang talaga literally. Travelled with some elders but overall experience was still superb! Kudos and cheers! Will definitely make this my choice in our next Palawan trip :)

  The fun activities and happy memories in Palawan are magnified even more by the warm and generous services of Corazon Travel and Tours (CTT). Everything was organized and hence smooth sailing; though there might be some slight changes in the itinerary due to some unforeseen circumstances, their staff had been flexible and strategic in their alternative solutions to these little and minor hiccups along the way. Their tour guides knew what they were saying and doing--all of them were informative and helpful; the inclusions in the tour package were a breeze because of their excellent services. If I were to go on a tour again to Palawan, there's no doubt (not even an inch) that I'll reach out to CTT again. I couldn't imagine touring with a different agency, as Palawan is definitely more fun with CTT!

  If you ever visit Puerto Princesa, I highly recommend booking from Corazon Travel and Tours and then you should go request for Ria to be your tour guide! 5 STARS because Ria exemplified world class/top notch hospitality from the minute they picked us up from the hotel until my cousins and I had to get ready to depart back to Manila. They are always on time, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and mindful of our well-beings. Corazon Travel and Tours definitely has very competent employees and they’ve given me memories to engrave in my heart forever for my first visit in Palawan! I am actually planning another trip to visit El Nido and Coron, so I’m glad I know which travel agency to contact! Thank you Ria! Thank you Corazon Travel and Tours! I’ll see you very soon. PS. • Impresssive customer service in a pandemic

  We booked three tours with Corazon Travel and Tours with the intention of travelling to Palawan in early May. Unfortunately the pandemic intervened, in a very big way. We could neither leave Australia nor enter the Philippines. By the time I emailed their office to cancel the tours Palawan was in lockdown. Nevertheless I received an email to explain that they would not be able to process refunds until they were allowed to return to their office. A week ago I received a further email apologising for the delay and stating that they were now processing refunds but it may take time because of the volume. This morning I received my refund. I will certainly re-book with them if we ever actually visit the Philippines.

  I would highly recommend Corazon Travel and Tours. I travelled with two senior citizens and our tour coordinators, Josh and Echo, took time to help and assist the two elders. They made our tour unforgettable and fun. Special mention to Charm who updated us every day about our schedule during the tour. Kuddos to you guys keep up the good job👍👌👏❤

  Thank you Ms. Rodelyn for your assistance to my queries from day 1 up to the day of the tour of my parents. It becomes a truly memorable and enjoyable trip for my senior citizen parents last July 18-20,2019. Thank you for the assistance of the van drivers who fetch and send them to their destinations and airport ,Corazon Inn hotel staff who make their stay comfortable and tour guides who made their tour safe and informative. We will surely recommend your company to iur family and friends and we will be asking again for tour help in case we go back to PPS.

  Just wwooowwww,we had the best experience!! the beauty of the place was breathtaking. Alsoooo, our tourist guide was the best!! I'll rate our stay 10/10. we would definitely come back.

  Benj and Joshua L. planned and organised our group of 13's trip to the max. Everything from, transportation, hotel, adventure, sightseeing to dining, everything was perfect. Will surely be back sooner than you know. Looking forward to seeing you all soon.
