We had an incredible experience with Puerto Rico Transportation! From the moment we booked, Noa was attentive, helpful, and made everything easy. Our driver, Gabriel, was absolutely amazing — patient, fun, and extremely knowledgeable. He truly made our trip unforgettable. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable and enjoyed the ride. The birthday girl couldn’t be any happier! 🎉 We highly recommend this company, Noa for the smooth booking process, and especially Gabriel for making our day so memorable. We will definitely be using them again on our next visit to Puerto Rico!

Super efficient. Eddie was waiting for us as we came into the baggage claim area. Sprinter van was super clean and we were at our hotel in no time. Highly recommend.

The service was fabulous. Harold was super friendly. Picked up our group of 10 from the cruise ship to go to a local restuarant. He circled around the area and gave us a little taste of the area and explained what we were seeing and about the culture. It was great. The vehicles were very nice and are exactly as pictured.
