Jose was really nice even though due to a mixup in communication our flight was 1hr later than expected! He waited for us at the baggage claim and helped us to the car. The car was very clean and Jose was a great driver.

We had an incredible experience with Puerto Rico Transportation! From the moment we booked, Noa was attentive, helpful, and made everything easy. Our driver, Gabriel, was absolutely amazing — patient, fun, and extremely knowledgeable. He truly made our trip unforgettable. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable and enjoyed the ride. The birthday girl couldn’t be any happier! 🎉 We highly recommend this company, Noa for the smooth booking process, and especially Gabriel for making our day so memorable.
