4.00We booked this service for a ride to Luquillo. Our morning driver was very efficient and professional. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. It was worth every penny. For the return trip in the afternoon, it was not as nice. The driver was not the one they said was being dispatched and the vehicle was different from what we booked. The driver was almost an hour late, citing an accident as the reason why. In fairness, he did keep in touch for the entire time. But it was not the driver indicated from the company. I would totally book the service from the morning again but not the one from the afternoon, for the price.

5.00We used them for all our transportation needs while on our trip!! Which included airport pickup, drop off and hotel to port for cruise. The vehicles were clean, the drivers were so friendly and on time! Most importantly they were easy to communicate with and even sent names and photos of the drivers so when they came there were no questions if it was the right person. We had time changes with airport delays and destination changes and this again proved how their communication that made our trip so much easier as we never had to worry how we were getting to where we needed! Thank you for making our trip stress free ♥️

5.00We had a pickup at 3:30 am out in the country with no addresses, just pin drops. I was so worried we would miss our flight. This company was exactly on time, communication constant, and great pricing. But wow! The vehicle and driver were five stars luxury. We are more than pleased and highly recommend! He even put cartoons on a massive TV for the 5 kids.
