Great way to see Quebec in a day. Very organized & prompt. Our guide was very knowledgeable & shared so much history. Wish we had a little more than 3 hours of free time to explore the beautiful city. Overall a good trip!
Too rushed for a beautiful city - 2 days would be better.

The tour basically comprised of the bus journey, a 25 minute stop at the Montmorency falls, and a 30-minute quick guide in two spots in Quebec City where the guide pointed out stuff to see. We were driven around the city and she pointed out some spots. Then we had 2.5 hours to move around on our own. We were supposed to be dropped back where we were picked up. But the driver said the shuttle service ends at 2pm, so he will try to drop us where it is convenient for us. He made it sound like it was an extra gesture out of goodwill so we felt pressured to give a tip.

A great day out with our superb driver Serge. The tour guide who met us in Quebec City was very knowledgeable about the history and and was very passionate about Quebec. It was a pleasure listening to her.

Overall experiance was good but bus driver cum guide was too rude and bad in behaviour. Didn't expect Viator would keep such a guide cum driver.
