4.00Nice tour of Quebec City. Bus Driver and Tour Guide were very good. Understand it in a long drive, 3.5 hours each way, and the bus was not very comfortable.

5.00Our Quebec City day tour was well planned and pleasant from start to finish. Everything worked seamlessly, from the hotel pick-up to the drop-off. Our driver, Serge, and guide, Katia, were knowledgeable and friendly. The itinerary was interesting, letting us see a lot without ever feeling rushed. A great way to experience Quebec City in a day.
No time at Montgomery falls in this itinerary- will never Recommend- new commers will miss best natural destination

1.00Will not recommend as very poor time management of itinerary plan. At Montgomery falls stay is only "30 minutes" inclusive of washroom break. Time to walk to falls from bus is "at least 20 minutes one way" if with seniors or kids & with 10 min line of washroom queues one can never reach falls in 30 minutes & come back to bus. Will not recommend at all as best place of Quebec which is Montgomery falls can not be felt or experience at all if this particular tour.

3.00Good guide and driver. Walking tour was a short walk around the block. The stop at falls was too short. Not enough time for ladies room and to take full walk on board walk to falls. Time to explore was to short at Old Quebec.

1.00Bought tickets for me and my son 2 days before the trip. Got "Paid and Confirmed" email from them. Was at the right spot at the right time, they never showed up and then refused to give me my money back. If you need to buy tours - use a company that actually provides services, not just charges money and doesn't provide anything. I will NEVER deal with Viator again!!!
