Truly spectacular! This room was being anything we've ever seen and the fact that it's in Charlotte?! If you even moderately enjoy escape rooms, this is one that you can't miss. The staff is a delight, the attending to detail is outstanding, and I'm going to be talking about this experience for years to come!

Keeper of Balance isn’t an escape room. It is a Hollywood adventure with lights, music, and gorgeous, towering sets. My friends and I are escape room enthusiasts, but none of us had ever seen anything like this. I could go on about the infallible attention to detail, the inspired use of projection and animation or the breathtaking craftsmanship in every room, but it would be simpler to say that this is Wonder, pure and simple. I recommend both adventures at Keepers of Balance in the highest terms.

I hesitate to even call this an escape room because it is so much more than that. It is a completely immersive adventure! My family and I forgot we were even playing a game. Everything felt so real as if we had been teleported into an Indiana Jones movie! Every detail, from the lighting to the sound effects, made us feel completely transported into another world. The puzzles were clever, challenging, and incredibly satisfying to solve. Each clue connected perfectly to the next, keeping us on our toes and totally engaged the entire time. It was so much fun to travel from room to room instead of just staying in one space. Each and every room has the most phenomenal attention to detail. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, and the cinematic elements pull you right into the story. What really elevated the experience, though, was our guide, Rebecca. She was absolutely fantastic! Her enthusiasm brought the game alive even more, and she did a great job of balancing between giving just the right amount of guidance and letting us discover things on our own. I can't remember the last time we had this much fun! We're already talking about coming back to try the other room. If you’re looking for an interactive, immersive, and completely unforgettable escape room experience, this is it!

We go to escape rooms all over the US and this one was by far the most creative and immersive yet! Our guide, Connor, was amazing as well!

What an amazing experience! Keepers has all of the best elements of an escape room with the added elements of a full immersive story! Wow, just WOW! Sarah, our guide was awesome! Well worth the visit. We will be back!
