5.00Toké gave a fantastic presentation on Polynesian navigation while we sat surf side under a Milky Way strewn sky 🌌. No skills required! He preset his telescope so even this novice was able to glimpse celestial curiosities! Dark sky photoshoot with mystical Moai backdrop produced a treasured keepsake that will forever bring to mind the stars, scents, & sounds of Rapa Nui. The navel of the world indeed!

5.00It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It began with an excellent introduction to the basics of astronomy, the history of Polynesia and the Polynesian people. This was followed by the observation of various celestial objects, all in a very friendly atmosphere with refreshments provided. To finish off, a beautiful view of the Milky Way on the beach with the majestic Moai. Unforgettable moments. I highly recommend it.

5.00Rapa Nui has an incredible mystique, but adding the experience of stargazing and gazing at the moai under the night sky is simply another level. Tokerau stands out for its extensive knowledge, delivering information clearly and closely, which deeply enriches the entire experience. Not only do we learn about the Rapanui worldview, but we also understand how the first inhabitants used stargazing to orient themselves and reach the island. In addition, the experience includes observing the main stars through a telescope, traditional Rapanui songs and a pleasant moment of rest under the starry sky. Plus they take a beautiful photo, a memory that will last forever <3 Without a doubt, it is an experience that fills the heart with magic and knowledge. I would recommend it in closed eyes, if you go to the island do not hesitate to take this experience.

5.00Excellent experience and one of the must-see of the island. You don’t need to be an astronomy expert as the guide made everything super accessible and fascinating. You can enjoy the sky and the Milky Way as nowhere else besides being accompanied by the sight of moi that show themselves even more imposing in starlight. I recommend wearing windbreaks because it is very windy.

5.00My astronomical experience on Easter Island was amazing. One of the best walks on the island! Everything was very well organized, on time, with transportation, snacks to eat, typical live music and lots of history. The explanations of our guide were essential to make the best use of the ride, with historical, cultural and astronomical information. The photo with professional camera was amazing! I definitely recommend this walk to all who visit the island.

5.00What I can tell you is we were tired from a full day of discovery and unsure of what we were getting into. Our guide Tokerau was AWESOME! He was a wonderful person, insightful, passionate about his work and very knowledgeable. He didn’t just show and teach us about the stars … he created an amazing experience personalized with his own musical talents and photography skills. It was much more than a night exploring the stars. It was a life experience with a wonderful individual who engaged us in a night to remember!

5.00Tokerau is a very passionate guide. He has excellent knowledge of the stars and planets which he combines with storytelling about the first settlers. He has a great voice and his songs very moving.. Supper under the stars was a nice touch and the photo session at Anakena beach with Moai and the Milky Way in the background a fabulous end to this fantastic trip.

5.00We were very lucky that the other couple did cancel last minute, so it was only me, my wife and our guide Tokerau on the tour. He told us that he doesn't want the service he provides to be a cookie-cutter star gazing tour but an experience. And he definitelly delivered. Highly recommend!
