Retreat has been part of the life since ancient times. In this tour, you will visit the retreat center at Thamel, the tourism hub of Kathmandu. There you will start the Yoga of 60 to 90 minutes which is done peacefully as tutorial by guru. Yoga can heal your mind, body and soul. It awakes your Chakras and energies inside your metaphysical body. After the stress relieving yoga, head to another hour of Swedish massage. Massage can help you overcome with stress and physical pains, which means you will refresh yourself mentally and physically. The last expertise you will do is pedicure. Sit down and give your toe a deep cleanse procedure. After these body healing activities, you will feel relaxed and stress free.

First, we'll pick you up in your given location/hotel and drive to the Yoga Centre. From your hotel, half an hour drive to the yoga center is nearby Nagarjun forest. You will start with a Yoga class along with a small group of others, even your single person. Please focus on the guru as they practically explain to you step by step. After this peaceful activity, have a 1 hour of relaxation massage. The experienced staff will give you a gentle massage from head to toe giving you the most relaxation. After the massage, you will have 45 minutes of a pedicure. The expert will clean your feet, and toes and maintain your nails. After you are done with the pedicure, you will then be dropped at your given location(hotel). 5.00This experience was exactly what we were looking for. We were treated to mint tea followed by an hour of yoga, massages, pedicures and lunch. The staff was so accommodating with our tight schedule that day too. Highly recommend!

5.00The yoga tutor was very patience and did not stop encouraging the group as well as correcting our postures. The massage was the highlight of the day too, which it was so good that my hubby and I went back to the same place for massage due to its excellent service =)
