Looking back at the itinerary and description, it was accurate. The guide, Sabrina, was very knowledgeable about the local history, and was very accommodating to us. It's more like a walking tour of local historic sites with some food stops mixed in. The food stops are uneven. The piadana stop was fine, but the pasta stop was too much food, and then the gelato stop was immediately afterwards, rather than being spaced out. Only 3 stops total. I'm used to a food tour with like 5 stops for small taste portions. Again, the tour was true to the stated itinerary, but it would be better to cut the pasta portion in half, add another food stop somewhere (coffee??), and add some time before the gelato stop.
