Join us at Rincon Diving & Snorkeling for an exciting snorkeling tour in the world-class Tres Palmas Marine Reserve in Rincon where you can explore the vibrant marine life just beneath the surface! WHAT YOU'LL LEARN: *How to select snorkel equipment for best personal fit *Identification of various local marine life *How to protect the reef *Snorkeling tips WHAT TO EXPECT: *NO BOAT IS REQUIRED to get to the best snorkeling spots. Your guide will take you from the shore straight to the heart of the marine reserve. *Arrive at the dive center at the time stated on their reservation for check-in. *Meet your guide for professional equipment fitting and briefing on the location and local marine life *Follow the guide in your own transportation to the entry point for the tour (5 min +/- from dive center). *Approximately 3 hours total, including 1 hour in the water IDEAL FOR: *Comfortable swimmers (beginner snorkelers welcome) *Fun for the entire family. If children under age 10, please call the dive center for personalized attention with booking. *If the number of participants in your group exceeds the quantity available to book online, Call the Dive Center.

5.00Shawn was a great guide. She was patient with participants who were scared, and helped them to safely participate. The reef is very close to the entry point, so more confident swimmers were able to check things out while still in sight of the guide helping others. A hawksbill sea turtle swam alongside me which was a highlight! My biology major daughter got to see a lot of different sponge and coral varieties she had learned about in class.

5.00My family had an excellent experience on our snorkeling adventure in Rincon. Our guide was very accommodating, making sure our equipment was just right for us. We were able to view a huge variety of sea life. Wonderful experience, highly recommend!

5.00We had a blast! First time snorkeling and our guide/instructor was fabulous. She gave us a good primer before we left the dive shop and helped everyone in the party until we were in the water. We saw a sea turtle and tarpon and lots of beautiful reef fish. Best excursion of our trip!

5.00Our guide was adorable. The sea life was amazing (from huge turtle to teeny angels). Water was warm, clear, but choppy. We’d go again in a heartbeat - but probably try first thing in the morning when the waves are calmer.
If you’re going on a snorkeling adventure ask for Claire! She will make sure you have an amazing time!

5.00We had a wonderful snorkeling adventure with Claire. She was the perfect guide for our group. We were 2 seniors and there was another family with 2 adults and 2 boys one who was around 9 or 10. She was very gentle with us and answered all of our many questions very knowledgeably. She gave us a lot of information about what we were going to see and exactly what to do and what not to do in the sea. We saw a lot of variations of coral, some in better condition than others. We also saw schools of small colorful fish and some larger. The most exciting find was a Hawksbill turtle. We were out there over an hour which was enough time. Clair had a small float to hold onto if you needed a break, which I was very happy for as was the 9 year old. Claire towed both of us most of the way in. Because of the swells I became very dizzy and Claire made sure I got onto the beach safely so I could rest. She was an excellent guide.

5.00Greg was an excellent guide! Highly recommend! 2 adults and 3 kids ages 17, 13 and 8 all had a great time snorkeling. Greg was very helpful, patient and personable.

5.00We had an incredible time on the Rincon Snorkeling Adventure! Our guide, Tiger, was phenomenal. It was great to have a local expert lead the way so we could just relax and enjoy the water. We had a great group, quite small with just 7 of us total, and at least an hour dedicated in the water. He also gave great instruction on protecting the reef and snorkeling responsibly. Tiger has incredible eyes for marine life—he pointed out a nurse shark resting under a ledge and even found a beautiful hawksbill sea turtle for us to watch. We never would have spotted these on our own. If you’re in Rincon, definitely book a trip and ask for Tiger! We also were able to rent our gear at a great discounted rate after the experience and we used it on our own the next few days.
