The itinerary will be the following: We'll kick off the day with a visit to Tijuca National Park, the largest replanted forest in the world Following our time at the park, we'll make our way to the picturesque coastline of the city. Our journey will encompass the entire coastal stretch of Rio de Janeiro south area, allowing us to pass by and capture the beauty of iconic beaches and vibrant neighborhoods such as Leblon, Ipanema, and Copacabana. We'll make occasional stops to capture these moments with photographs, ensuring you have memories to treasure. After our coastal exploration, we'll venture into the heart of the city. Our next destination is the charming and cultural neighborhood of Santa Teresa, nestled amid urban life. Our tour will also take us to downtown, an area renowned for its historic significance. You'll have the chance to marvel at the world-famous Selaron staircase, a colorful mosaic masterpiece. 5.00Daniel is the history teacher you always wished you would have had. There is not a single question he couldn’t answer… And trust us, we asked a lot of questions. He took us through the entire history of Brazil, and didn't miss a date. Here are a few things that stood out: 1. He personalizes his tours: before the tour, Daniel asked what we’d already seen, what kind of balance we wanted between culture, history, nature, and local life, and if we had any must-sees. Even if you’re not sure what to suggest, he’ll somehow figure out exactly the kind of experience you’re looking for. 2. He’s attentive and thoughtful: Throughout the tour, Daniel paid close attention to what piqued our interest. By the end, he had put together a list of recommendations we never would’ve discovered on our own. 3. He’s incredibly professional but still super easygoing: from the first contact everything was smooth. He was punctual, organized, and clearly passionate about what he does, yet his truly laidback, Carioca vibe made us feel comfortable and have fun! Hands down, the best tour guide either of us have had, and we’d like to think of ourselves as well travelled. 11/10 we will surely see more of Rio with Daniel next time we come. Mada x Claire

5.00We hired Daniel for a private tour of Rio de Janeiro on a hot Brazilian summer day in February. Our tour took around 7 hours and we got to see a large number of things in one day, giving us a great overview over the city's different parts, from the south zone (Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblanc, the Urca peninsula) to the center (Lapa, Santa Teresa, the Royal Portuguese Library, the Cathedral) to the Tijuca National Park. He picked us up from our hotel in his car. We stopped in various places that were worth a stop and either harder to access ourselves or not among the main tourist destinations but definitely worth seeing. For the other main tourist sites that are easy to access by yourself, such as Corcovado or Pão de Açúcar (Sugar Loaf), he gave us clear instructions on where to buy tickets, what to pay attention to, etc. We loved the mix and good balance of historical facts and personal impressions that Daniel shared with us. For tourists with specific preferences on what to see, Daniel also offers to customize the itinerary as needed.

5.00Daniel was the perfect guide for both of us. My husband and I had both been to Rio De Janeiro previously. Daniel organized our tour so that we saw many places “off the beaten path” along with revisiting some of the regular tourist spots. Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable about cultural and historical facts. His English is great. One of the things we loved about Daniel is that he was fully engaged and present. So many guides these days are busy texting about either business or family issues. Not Daniel! He was always with us and fully focused. We spent 2.5 full days with Daniel. You would be well served to hire Daniel as your guide in Rio De Janeiro.

5.00Daniel is the best! My wife and I visited Rio to celebrate our anniversary and hired Daniel as our guide. He customized our tour based on our interests and took us to a few places that are loved by locals. Daniel also has a great sense of humor and is easy to talk to. 5.00It was amazing, the Guide with his expertise, led us to distinguished historical sights of a great architecture and beauty, showing us many popular sights, the charm of neighborhoods such as Santa Teresa, which has a delicious gastronomy and leaving the light walk, also showed us the natural beauty of the beautiful landscapes of the RJ, seen through its viewpoints and its wonderful shore. All with great security and his pleasant personality and historical knowledge, as of the city NUM ALL.
