"The Rioja region is one of the most specials in the whole country due to its climate and terrain, suitable for wine production since Roman times. Today vineyards and wineries can be found in any corner, creating a unique atmosphere that should not be missed.
In this activity you will be able to visit two different wineries, small and medium in size, to find out the contrasts between the different forms of wine production. We will also visit the medieval town of Laguardia, where time seems to have stopped, to contemplate a panoramic view of the entire region.
You don't need to be a wine expert to enjoy this activity! You just need the desire to enjoy an unforgettable day in an incredible atmosphere."

5.00We ended up having the tour to ourselves and it was amazing. Our guide, Eduardo, was so kind and fun, and he gave us just enough background info without overwhelming us. The two wineries we visited and their staff were outstanding, as well as the lunch which was casual but authentic and delicious. We felt so welcomed and had the perfect experience! The drive was also very scenic. 10/10 would recommend and do it again.

5.00The ride to Rioja from Bilbao is beautiful. We had plenty of tastings at two wineries and enjoyed knowledgeable and interesting conversation with our guide, who we had the pleasure of fleeting to know throughout the course of the day. Thoroughly enjoyable!

5.00We had such a great day visiting two different wineries with our guide, Pilar, who gave us lots of info about the geography and climate of the Rioja region. One winery had such cool, informative visual and sensory exhibits about wine—truly unique! The other one was a small winery with really old caves from the 15th century! We enjoyed a great lunch together in LaGuardia. We met such great people from all over—An altogether wonderful day.
