The private beach setting and boutique hotel created the perfect hush of calm, while the daily yoga, breath-work, and holistic kinesiology sessions opened up space for real emotional and physical shifts. The gourmet, organic meals were nourishing and delicious, and the small group size made it easy to connect deeply with others and the facilitators. I left with clarity, renewed energy, and a personalized 90-day wellness plan that actually feels achievable. If you want transformational work in a luxurious, soulful setting — this is it. 5.00This trip was more than I expected it to be. I’m grateful for experience I had and being able to take it home with me. Usually the yoga retreats I go to are all the same but this included mind set practice that I never thought I would benefit from and it has changed the way I view, the world and my relationship with my family.
