The tour leaders are safety conscious, very fun and personable. They escort small groups to ensure safety in the water and an enjoyable experience. The boat ride along the Navua river was beautiful and relaxing. Visiting the Sabata village was interesting & humbling and I was glad to learn the tour group pays them for the visit and that some of their employees are from the village. The tubing down the river was a bit chilly but fun and the rapids offered mild excitement. I especially enjoyed the guides singing Fijian songs as we gathered together as a tour group. This was a fun, exciting, educational and wonderful activity!

Family listed this tour as a massive highlight! We loved the staff, the village tour and the tubing ! Going over the rapids was very exciting and the staff took heaps of photos (for a small fee) so no need for and devices :):)

Great mix of cultural learning, scenic views and splashing water. We appreciated the boat ride up river to Sabata Village, swimming at the waterfall, a nice Fijian lunch and the float down river through a few rapids. There was a nice fire waiting for us to warm up a bit and dry off before heading back for the day. If traveling from Nadi plan on a full 12 hours for the experience as it will be about 3 hours each way by van. There are changing rooms at the launching point so no need to wear your swimming suit or bathers for the journey to and from if you don’t like. You can take your bags with you in the boat or just leave them in the van. Iveralll a great experience for the family. I would do this again and again.

This tour was quite an adventure, though it started with a familiar challenge: the long journey. I quickly realized this company is a sister to the "Jewel of Fiji" tour, and they share a similar long travel time. My day kicked off with a 6 AM pick-up, and just like the other tour, we didn't reach our destination until 10 AM – that's a solid four hours each way, totaling eight hours in the van! We didn't get back until 8 PM. There were quite a few pick-ups along the way, and we even had to wait 20 minutes at a supermarket because some people weren't ready. The van situation became quite uncomfortable by the end; it was completely full, and I found myself squished in the middle of the front seat without a seatbelt. It was a tough ride, and to add to it, the driver was constantly coughing. This definitely made the long drive feel even more arduous. Despite the travel woes, the tour itself was actually better than the "Jewel of Fiji." However, be prepared for crowds – there were over 85 people on this tour, making the changing rooms particularly cramped. On the bright side, they were very organized. I absolutely loved the village visit; it truly opened my mind and offered a wonderful perspective on other cultures. The lunch was terrific and delicious! The waterfall, though, was a bit of a letdown – very crowded with barely any time to enjoy it. Since it was the same waterfall as the "Jewel of Fiji" tour, it felt like a waste of time and they should consider an alternative. Would I do this tour again? Probably not. Eight hours in a van, with one hour cramped in the middle front seat (they seemed overbooked and packed us in like cattle, which was unacceptable), is enough for me. Would I recommend it? That depends. If you're debating between this and the "Jewel of Fiji" tour, I'd definitely suggest skipping "Jewel of Fiji" and choosing this one instead. Also, a vital tip: don't forget to bring motion sickness pills, as the roads were quite winding, and some passengers unfortunately got sick in the car, which made the smell quite unpleasant. Pros: Organizer was flexible and accommodated an earlier pick-up request. Tour itself was better than "Jewel of Fiji." Despite crowds, the tour was well-organized. Loved the village visiting experience; it offered great cultural insight. Lunch was terrific and delicious. Cons: Extremely long travel time (4 hours each way, 8 hours total in the van), extending the day until 8 PM. Multiple pick-ups added to travel time, including a 20-minute wait at a supermarket. Overbooked van led to uncomfortable seating (squished in middle front seat without seatbelt) and feeling like "cattle." Driver was constantly coughing, and some passengers threw up due to winding roads, leading to unpleasant smells. Very crowded tour (85+ people), especially in changing rooms. Waterfall visit was crowded and felt like a waste of time due to overlap with "Jewel of Fiji" tour. Requires motion sickness pills due to winding roads.

Great experience!! They were a little late for pick up but that’s okay. Very nice guides. Amazing lunch and tubing. Village tour was a bit awkward. Bring good water shoes. Was a long car ride but made a stop for restroom and snacks. Overall would highly recommend!
