  Long drive but worth it for a great experience. All the staff were friendly and helpful. All the parts of tour were great from the boat ride, the waterfall, the tubing and village visit which we loved. Special mention to Nick who was with our group, he was funny and shared so many great stories. We also loved the singing down the river too! Highly recommend!

  Very bad customer service experience. They set a specific time and place for pickup before the date of the trip. Did not mention that this is the start of pickup for everyone. For the others of course the time is ok with them coz they were the first to pickup, we were the last. Apparently we were the last one to be picked so we were picked up 40 mins after the given specific time. I messaged them thru viator/whatsapp and they are not answering, they do not bother even to see my message. I asked viator’s help, they called the tour operator and thats the only time they saw my messages, they argued that i shudve called like the viator agent did so i can be seen on my messages, i mean how is that my fault?? They shudve been checking their messages and caring for their customers especially for any updates, i mean hello they were already late 40 mins i think its my right to worry. Now the time we were picked up not even an apology or bula from the driver and or the operator. So i start venting out to the tour operator in text only about my experience. I was just expecting some form of apologies for my inconvenience. But no, since they didnt like me venting out, they have judged me that i will make a scene and affect the other customers and the tour itself. As if ill be doing that. I have some manners, im just venting out and just looking for a sorry at least. But guess what, instead of an apology, we were kicked out and sent back to where we are picked up. Saying that they cant have me continue with a rude customer like me. And was forced to be refunded. I mean who is more rude, the one who was disadvantaged or the one who cant even offer an apology for wrong expectations and kick us out after doing halfway trip (almost 2hrs) going to the tour? Im not even trying to be compensated for the damages (time and booking), i just wanted an apology. Just such bad experience from the operator, cant even pacify a disadvantaged customer. They may have gud manners if the customer wasnt complaining, but they can’t handle disadvantaged customers. How hard it is to just eat ur pride and apologise coz ur late. Thats all i want, and instead their solution is removing the problem, not fixing it. Such great customer service. This might be an isolated issue and opposite tot he most reviews who has experience the actual trip, but this review is just for the the customer service, not the actual trip. I just hope next time, they can set proper expectations bec for example if in a fastfood, u were expecting the food to be served right away and there was a problem on their end, and they didnt tell u that u have to wait for 40mins, and uve been waiting and no response, im sure you wud be mad too. Thats like what happened here, setting of correct expectations shudve been set, and proper sympathy if not empathy shud be offered to customers especially to those who were disadvantaged. Until now as of this writing no apologies were given, and was waiting for my bad review, and told me to wait for their reply. Probably not an apology but their side of story.   Amazing experience! Every part of this trip was memorable. Even though we experienced some boat issues, the crew took it all in stride and our guide Ben made sure we had a great time. The village was inspiring, the waterfall was beautiful, the lunch was delicious, the serenade was surreal and the tubing was the perfect combination of relaxing and exciting. Would definitely do it again!

  We had the most amazing day. I would highly recommend this tour if you are in Fiji. The guides were very attentive to the guests and made sure you had the best time. They can be a little cheeky but it’s all part of the fun. Make sure you take reef shoes a hat and sunscreen.
