Logistical challenges but great experience

4.00It was very confusing finding our contact at the pier. The information provided was not very clear. Was also not clear what time we were supposed to meet. Once we got to the island we had a great experience. It was much quieter than West Bay with no vendors bothering you. Great drinks and great service. We also did the sloths and monkey tour and I highly recommend that. You got to go in the cages with the animals. An amazing experience. In the future they should send more specific details about what you signed up for. They had us down for the wrong category when we arrived and we had to fix it with the manager.

5.00We chose this all inclusive Beach Day, thinking it would be really great… it wasn’t great, it was awesome!! We arrived on the island and we were immediately greeted with a welcoming young lady named Nayeli! She would be the person that served us while we hung out on the beach for the entire visit. She was there to answer questions, provide service and coordinate our orders for food and drink. We briefly met Brad, the gentleman that created this amazing getaway on a must see island. We will be returning next year when we travel with 3 other families. Thanks for the great service Nayeli!
