1.00We booked this excursion specifically with Webster Tours because we wanted extended time on the ATVs, and we were told we would have approximately two hours. In reality, the ATV portion lasted closer to 45 minutes. Had we known this, we would have chosen a different excursion and excursion provider. Please be aware that the drive to the excursion is long- The drive from the port was about 45 minutes in a small car, which was cramped for four adults. While the animal sanctuary was pleasant and the staff knowledgeable, it did not match the glowing reviews we had read and felt overhyped. The ATV tour itself was disappointing. The vehicles were older and not particularly well-maintained. Contrary to expectations, the ride did not go through town but instead through a residential area and private property. The trails were slow, narrow, and littered with burn sites and trash, making the ride feel unsafe and unexciting. Despite informing the guides that we were experienced riders, the tour offered little challenge or enjoyment. Overall, the excursion did not meet expectations, and the reviews do not fully reflect the actual experience. We would caution others to consider this carefully before booking.
