  Our guide Jessica was amazing! She was so kind and helpful. Gave us all the details.of the island and got us safely to each destination. We loved every part of this excursion. We will definitely go through viator again, instead of the ship.

• Amazing day with sloths and spectacular snorkeling

  Wow, what an amazing day. The sloths were adorable and just wanted to hug you the whole time! The monkeys and macaws were fantastic too. This tour also had some of the best snorkeling I have ever experienced. The water was so clear, the fish were abundant and swimming through the coral canyons was spectacular and I even saw my first shipwreck. The final stop at the beach club was so relaxing that I fell asleep in the hammocks on the beach. All the staff at each place were fantastic and Kessey, our driver for the day, was tremendous and gave us great insight to the local culture.

  Lashan was wonderful. Very professional. This is a locally owned and run tour company and our guide grew up and lives on the island; she taught us so much throughout the day about Roatan and life here. It was a great private tour of just our family group- enjoyed it immensely more than the large boat sponsored tour groups we have done in the past . All three stops were a blast and everyone we interacted with through the day was top notch. Would highly recommend, it was such a fun day. The extensive reef where we snorkeled was beautiful and our guide snorkeled alongside us and educated us on so much along the way, answering any questions of ocean life etc. we saw. Our first stop was at an animal sanctuary which was so neat and fun, loved the sloths and capuchin monkeys and macaws we got up close to and interacted with. Lots of laughs too. Afterwards, the beach club is super chill and relaxing ( with food and drinks available and great service from wherever you decide to sit) to unwind before we headed back to our ship, and you can choose how long you wish to stay there.

  Pickup is outside the terminal area - you have to walk outside past the taxis, up a hill and down a hill (best to ask directions inside the terminal) to meet your driver. Our driver was really nice. She took us to AJ's sloth/monkey sanctuary and that was well kept. Fun to see the guinea pigs, parrots, have a mackaw sit on your shoulder, pet the sloths and learn about them and then go in with the monkeys. They jump on your head and love to climb on you. It was a fun activity. Our driver then took us to where we met our boat for snorkeling. We got our fins and snorkel equipment (if needed - we brought our own). There were only about 12 people on our boat so that was really nice. Crew was very helpful and friendly. I was worried that with cloudy/overcast skies the water would be too cold and we wouldn't be able to see anything but I was so pleasantly surprised! Some of the funnest snorkeling I've done. So beautiful and the guides were not pushy at all and you weren't clumped up with a bunch of people. Life jackets/noodles were available to those who wanted them. We snorkeled about 45 minutes and then we got in the boat and they took us to Brady's Cay. It had many chairs and a nice beach area (not too large), clean restrooms, reasonably priced food and drinks and nice servers. Unfortunately the weather was not cooperative, but that wasn't anyone's fault. At the agreed upon time, our driver was waiting for us at the entrance to the beach club and we rode on a short boat ride with her back to the car. She returned us right to the terminal with no extra walking. Overall, this exceeded expectations and I would 100% do it again! Great day!

  Our driver Beola took great care of us. Friendly & safe driver. She was there when we needed her and accommodating for kid restroom stops. Group of 6 including kids age 4 & 6. We were afraid we wouldn't be able to interact with the sloths, but we loved them. We couldn't hold them, but we were able the pet them and one was reaching out to touch us. Great experience. We did get to hold guinea pigs & a scarlet parrot. The monkeys were the highlight. Spider monkey's jumping all over us .. grabbing hair ties & anything else . .they were adorable and everyone loved them. The staff Davin & Zeek made sure everyone had a great time Nice changing area & bathroom before boarding the boat. The snorkel was a little much for the 4 year old, and the guys with facial hair, but as someone who has done snorkeling, it was a great place for the tour. The staff on board was nice, but not impressive. The beach was really fun for the kids. Nice safe, sandy beach ..little waves ...just enough to be fun. Plenty of lounge chairs, restrooms & an area to get changed. Food & drinks available for purchase.

  We originally were booked for snorkling but the weather wasn’t amazing in the morning and so it got canceled but we still had an amazing time where instead we still got to ride ATVs throughout the island (it’s a raw and honest look at the peoples lives. You see the beautiful right along with the poverty, very cool to reflect on) After we went to the chocolate and rum factory getting samples of each! Then we went zip lining! Omg what an amazing experience! Then to the sloths/moneky/zoo! So fun to have a monkey on your back!! Our guide George was incredible! Getting to the taxi area is tricky with all the people offering taxi rides but just keep walking and say you’re with 5 star Roatan and they will be right around the corner! 10/10 experience even when we didn’t do what we originally booked for!

  We had a terrific time! Diola took amazing care of us throughout the tour. She even arrived early on the ferry, almost magically anticipating that we'd want to head back earlier than planned. Diola's attentiveness and joyful attitude made this day a memory our family will cherish for a long time to come.

  We had Christian as a driver. He was AWESOME! We had a hold up getting off of our cruise ship and even though we were late he was there ready to go with a smile. Roatan (the Royal carribean port specifically more than the carnival port) is VERY hectic when you walk out of the gate to the main road. Tourists, taxis, excursion sales people and drivers, and vendors EVERYWHERE.. however Christian was by the front and easy to find. He made us feel safe while walking to transportation. He took us to the sloth and monkey sanctuary, then to the dock where we got on a fishing boat to go to the reef and snorkel, then the boat took us to a private beach/island and we ate, drank, and swam. We then texted Christian we were ready to go back and we boarded another boat to go back over to the parking lot area just across the water and he was there ready and waiting for us again. He was nice and communicative the whole time we were riding with him. He told us some really cool facts about the island and his story growing up in Honduras. He then returned us right back into the gate up at our cruise ship an hour before we had to board so we had time to walk around the port. Highly recommend doing business with this company and ask for Christian to drive you.
