5.00We had a magical early morning balloon ride with Albertas. Albertas had contacted us via WhatsApp the day before to ensure that pick-up would go smoothly in the morning, which it did. We took off from the same field as another group going at the same time, which meant that we could get some lovely pictures of another balloon flying over the same area. The fog over the fields was particularly beautiful, and we had lovely clear views over the lakes around Trakai. I am actually terrified of heights (cable cars and ladders are bad for me), but once we were up in the air, the basket felt very stable, and it wasn't scary at all.

5.00I 100% recommend Smile Balloons for a flight at Vilnius or at Trakai. From the quick response to my enquiry, through regular contact until I was collected from my hotel, and finally to the drive home after the ride, everything was so well organised with the 'customer' at its heart. Very efficient people were involved with the physical effort of taking us and the balloon to our launch site and setting everything up. They also provided clear instructions for the flight, and our pilot happily talked to us during the flight about the 'ins and outs' of ballooning. The final cherry on the cake was a glass of fizz and presentation of our proof of flight certificate. The flight itself was wonderful start and end in fields that earlier in the year had crops in them and we had great views of Trakai as we flew over it and then over forests of trees. Quiet, peaceful and smooth (apart from when the burners were on!). We were collected around 6pm and were back in Vilnius by 9pm.

5.00It was my first flight with my wife, we had an impressive sensations ! Very friendly and warm crew !
