What To Expect

We will pick you up at your address in Rome (let us know it). Your driver will transfer you at the Civitavecchia Cruise port of Rome in the most suitable vehicle for you, it will be a very comfortable and fully air-conditioned vehicle, if you are not more than 3 persons please let us know HOW MANY PIECES OF LUGGAGE you have with you. We have the port access so you will be dropped-off at the cruise ship. We will do our best to guarantee a private transfer, however, in case of overbooking, we reserve the right to carry out shuttle transport. The trip to the cruise pier was good . We thought we were getting a private car like the pictures showed, but were surprised that they sent a taxi. Kind of like bait and switch to me as a taxi trip cost $100 less than what I paid. I would not recommend this transportation to anyone, just get a cab.

Excellent transfer service!! Driver was so wonderful and hospitable!! Dropped us off literally at the door way. Clean car, well kept and maintained. Wish I knew more Italian and the driver more English, would have loved to talked as we traveled about all we were seeing.
