The meeting point of the Twilight Trastevere Food Tour is on "Isola Tiberina” or Tiber Island, in English. Your guide will meet you right in the center of the square by the San Bartolomeo church, next to a tall pointy monument.
Ponte Cestio
We will be walking together across the opposite bridge, called Ponte Cestio, to the other side of the river to enter the neighborhood of Trastevere.

5.00The food was delicious, with wine at several of the stops. We saw inside historic buildings, and we ate at several family owned restaurants and food stores. Amin, our guide, was very knowledgeable and entertaining.

5.00We booked this tour on our arrival day and it was the perfect introduction to Rome and all it's wonders. Not only did we enjoy delicious food and wine, but we also learned so much about the history of the places we visited. Our guide, Valter, was delightful and engaging. As a pescatarian, I was concerned that my food restrictions would be an issue however I was accommodated at every stop and everything was delicious. I would recommend this tour to any visitor to Rome.
