  We really appreciated the Aruba airport transfer offered by Depalm. They were polite and on time, and the coach was very clean. It was easy to change the time when we realized that we had miscalculated and could spend an extra hour on the beach. The only caution I would make is that we were not aware that the pick up with a window rather than a fixed time; our 1:20 pickup came at 1:35, which our hotel assured us was fine. And they were right: we got to the airport in great time.

  I booked my transfer with viator, got to Aruba airport at 3 , met with the person in yellow as I was told to , he then sent me to someone on a red shirt, who then said not go back to the person on yellow , then an Amstar rep told me to wait as he has a few more people to come on so he can take us all to Secrets, we sat there until 4 pm , then they were ready to pick up .

  I was nervous to be traveling by myself. After picking up my luggage and heading out of the airport, I immediately saw the people with the “yellow” shirts. So easy from there. Directions to the bus. Very friendly good driver.

  Instructions on how to find our transfer bus and employees were good. Bus ride was good and as promised. Only hitch was having to track down the hotel based personnel to get the round trip portion verified.

  Driver was courteous, gave us some history of the island. Passengers treated with respect. Recommend as alternative to private.

  I didn’t even end up getting the return transportation they wouldn’t let you chose what time. Also it’s falsely advertised on Viator website it doesn’t say it is shared makes it seem private which it is not at all
