Our only customer on each trip is you! We provide direct, non-stop transportation, using toll roads where possible, (which is included in the price), and we are cross-border specialists. When arriving at the airport our licensed driver will be waiting to meet you at baggage claim. Spot our drivers quickly and easily. They will be wearing a black golf tee or jacket with our orange logo, Wheelz Niagara. They will also be holding a tablet with your last name displayed on it. Our vehicles are fully Licensed and Insured as well as smoke-free. They are professionally maintained, inside and out. **Note: To properly schedule an airport, pick-up/drop-off, we require a complete pick-up and drop-off address, your flight numbers, the airlines, the time of your arrival/departure, the date of your arrival/departure and a cell phone contact number, as well as an email address.

Easy pick up at the Buffalo, NY airport and drop off at our Niagara Falls hotel. Communication with Wheelz was easy and reassuring. John let us know where and when he would pick us up. No stress.

We had a round trip with John. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have driving us on our trip. The process was easy. He texted me when he was there and where he was. Easy to find and assisted us in the airport and to ease us through the border for a smooth process. Coming home there was major traffic at the border (day of the technology outage) which we almost missed flight but John was proactive and we made our flight home! I would recommend!!

Seeing the Niagara Falls. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Our guide was so very nice. He never rushed us. He took pictures of us at various places.

We had a long day with flight delays and he had to pick us up at 10:30 pm. He was there when we came off escalator with bright sing with my name. Sure was glad to see him because we were worried about finding him. He found us. Thank You. He was very nice polite and made nice conversation. Very good service. Would recommend to anyone.
