The vehicle was very uncomfortable our luggage was in the trunk Next to some gasoline containers the vehicle was like a 1990 year old vehicle air did not work properly they told us we would be transported in a black jeep Cherokee and even sent us a picture of it to n the Viator app and when the ride arrived it was an old Beat up minivan I couldn’t believe it was our ride!!!!
Scam. Take money but no car service.

My experience sucked. You failed to pick us up at the airport and I want a full refund! We had to take a taxi to our hotel. Sounds like a scam. I would never recommend Viator to anyone.

The first driver was very nice and had great communication. He was also a safe driver. The vehicle was not in good condition. I did not feel safe, there was no air conditioning and the seatbelts didn't work to buckle ourselves in. For what we paid there should be a better vehicle. The second driver was also very nice and the vehicle was a smaller car, but at least the seat belts worked and the car had AC.

The driver showed exceptional professionalism and courtesy. Nevertheless, I had requested a private car, and the driver arrived in an old van with torn seats that was unclean. I was very disappointed with the transportation.

Great transfer! one small concern I was not able to locate the driver right away and no one seemed to know the transfer service. Somewhat concerning given this was my first time in Curacao.
