The team was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and very flexible, even with last-minute changes. Their support and effort really made a difference and helped create a truly unforgettable experience. Everything was perfectly organized, and we felt well taken care of the entire time. 5.00My wish to see the Northern Lights in Lapland came true for two nights in a row. Amidst the stillness of the bitterly cold night, the beauty of the Northern Lights was simply… indescribable. We were so delighted with this tour that had brought us face to face with the Northern Lights that, although it was supposed to be a one-night-only experience, we booked the same tour again the following day. As a result, we were able to spend another wonderful night with the Northern Lights at a different location. The highlights of this tour were: 1. Their attentive service ・We were able to contact them by email both before and after booking ・From our pre-tour emails, it was clear they had made thorough preparations ・They were punctual 2. Their dedication was evident ・Utsav, our guide, kept searching for a way to catch up with the Northern Lights throughout the journey, despite the unfortunate overcast skies, and finally managed to spot them ・He explained why we kept changing locations, observing the aurora from different vantage points ・Along the way, he chatted amiably about the local area, ensuring we never got bored 3. Understanding the traveller’s perspective ・They understood our situation: that we had come from far away, that if we missed this opportunity, it would be difficult to find another one, and that we really wanted to see it tonight ・They took lots of photos for us I got the feeling that perhaps they themselves were great fans of the Northern Lights.

5.00After 7 days of chasing the Northern Lights across Sweden and Finland without success, we booked a last-minute tour in Rovaniemi with Highland Lapland — and it was the best decision ever! Utsav was amazing. The sky was cloudy above Rovaniemi, bit Utsav drove us to a frozen lake near the Swedish border, where we finally experienced one of the most magical nights of our lives with the Northern Lights dancing above us! The photos he took were absolutely incredible. Thank you for an unforgettable experience — highly recommended!
