That's why tourists must visit our rum distillery and master class. Not only will they get to taste some of the finest rum available, but they'll also learn about the history and production process of this iconic spirit. learn about the distillation process, and witness the aging of the rum.
But it's not just about the technicalities of rum production - our master class is an immersive experience that will allow visitors to truly appreciate the art of rum making. They'll meet our master distiller and hear about his passion for creating unique and flavorful rums. They'll also have the chance to try their hand at making their own flavours, and learn how create the perfect drink.

Traveler's will arrive to the distillery to participate in a 1 hr long class to make their very own rum. starting off with a rum tasting of our 6 locally made rums. participants will then proceed to create their very own mixture of flavours and mix in all necessary ingredients to bring home a full size, 750ml bottle with a personalised label. the shared class is for 2 people to use one still create one flavour and take home one bottle between them.

5.00Masterclass is right. Your introduction to rum making is firmly practical and you will be drinking plenty in your education from novice to distiller. The staff are awesome and funny, the rum flows very freely and you leave with a bespoke momento. A momento which you will need as you float out of there way more than three sheets to the wind. Amazing, highly recommended for any visitor to Antigua.

5.00The staff was so accommodating since we were a little late due to island time, haha! They were so friendly and fun and we learned so much about the history of rum making and the island. Tip: do eat before you go. You will be drinking a lot of rum in the process!

5.00This was an awesome, if not entertaining, experience! If you come to Antigua, you need to be here. You hear me?... You NEED to be here! We had a, um, "loaded" class. (Yeah, you can take that both ways! LOL) Seriously, every seat was filled and we all had a great time together. The process and instruction goes by very fast and it is intense at times, yet the instructor makes it understandable all along the way. Let's be clear: you are making your very own bottle of flavored rum. You'll be using a hydrometer to determine the The biggest challenge is understanding and interpreting your own taste-buds. There are a dozen or more of flavor inclusions - coconut, banana, cinnamon, all spice, vanilla, etc - and it might help to begin challenging your nose and tongue on various flavors before coming here. Train 'em up, in other words. Other than that, sit down and enjoy the 2-hour experience. It will fly by. Indeed, it is good money spent.
