PART I: Introduction (or perfection) to Champagne in the middle of our plot of Chardonnay 1er Cru. Stunning views of ten hectares (mountain of Reims west) and the Cathedral of Reims. We tell you about the different economic actors of champagne, terroir and history(s) and what are our assets as winemakers to exist in this galaxy. PART II: Initiation to sabotage as Napoleon's Imperial Guard. You practice first on a control bottle, then on a full bottle. PART III: Tasting of the cuvée sabre and 2 other champagnes to choose from.

5.00A superb end-to-end experience! We had the chance to visit this champagne house and enjoy their brand new sabering experience. It’s much more than just a tasting: we learn step by step, in a very friendly and reassuring Mood, to use the sword and understand every gesture. The team is patient, very pedagogical, and we feel accompanied throughout. The result? An impressive success rate (they told us about 90% of the participants who get there the first time) and especially the pride of then tasting their own freshly cut bottle. A real experience from A to Z, which leaves a unique memory and a little thrill of adrenaline. Don’t miss it if you pass through Reims!
