5.00We had a really great day with fossils hunting on the few locations. Mohammed is a very professional guide with perfect knowledge of paleontology. The artefacts we got by our hands are now at home representing one of the greatest experience memory in Morocco. The tour was very well organized, in timely manner. Equipment provided was safe and proper to the adventure. Transportation was more than comfortable. We had food and water provided during the trip. This is unique possibility to do something outstanding in the remote location with great view and scenery. Fossils you get by yourself are much more valuable than those you are able to purchase and brings warm memories. Thanks Med!

5.00Absolutely amazing experience fossil hunting with Mohamed. We found a bunch of fossils from shells to trilobites so this was very exciting! He has a lot of experience and knowledge and his driver, too. They were both very kind and we had a lot of fun and also learn a lot. It really is an amazing experience hunting for fossils in the middle of the dessert so if you are coming to Merzouga, this us something you absolutely have to book. Im pretty sure he is also the only one that takes you hunting like this.

5.00Awesome Experience with Mohamed. He knows many secret outcrops that are full of several kinds of fossils (ammonites, orthoceras, trilobotes and if you are lucky you can find some autoctonous rare organisms). It is a real adventure everyone should try. Beware of scammers around and trust this guy, he knows what to do to make it special! Hope to see you soon Momo 🙏🌈

5.00Mohammed is a very nice guy who takes you to a place with a beautiful view to search for your own fossils. Usually there is a guy with lot’s of knowledge about the fossils but unfortunately he was sick. So at some points we missed some information. Besides that, be prepared to put a little work in and find some nice fossils!

5.00I recently went on a fossil hunting trip in the desert with Mohamed, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the very beginning, Mohamed was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. He has an impressive knowledge of fossiliferous areas. What made this trip especially unique was Mohamed's ability to guide us to remote, rarely visited sites. These hidden spots were rich with fossils such as ammonites, orthoceras, trilobites. If you're looking for a genuine adventure and want to discover parts of the desert that few people ever see, I highly recommend booking a trip with Mohamed. Cherry on the top, he prepared moroccan tea setting a fire in the middle of the desert.

5.00We casually bumped into Mohamed because his family restaurant had really good reviews (berber pizza is a MUST TRY). We were interested in the fossil hunting and we went with him. That was a BLAST! He knows many outvrops and rock formations full of trilobites, ammonites, shells, corals and more which are not that available to people (you can either walk 2 hours into the wild desert or get a jeep) but it is going to be an unforgettable experience, not just for the fossils but also for the company. Hands on guys, this is a good dude🙏🌈

5.00Mohammed was a wonderful guide along with his very experienced partner. A short drive into the desert and we were fossil hunting. They gave us an interesting geologic walk where we found numerous varieties of fossils. Was well worth the time spent learning about the natural history of the area and fun fossil hunting with panoramic views in the mountains. Would definitely recommend!!

5.00The teens in our family were so excited about the fossil hunting adventure and it did not disappoint. The ride to the place was already an adventure in itself, on a motorcycle and through the sand. Hunting the fossils went with a lot of banging and clanging from tools, climbing the hill, enthusiastic shouts when a fossil was found, great fun for the whole family. Mohamed was a great guide in leading us in this adventure. We can only recommend him and his site and offers.
