5.00Great experience with our local guide Luc and our driver Phat. Besides driving around with in an open top jeep, the highlight was watching the local lacquer artists 👩🎨 👨🎨 at Sơn Mài Đại Việt. We were able to buy souvenirs along the way which was helpful with Luc explaining the history behind our buys. There is a little bit of walking so wear comfortable clothes and shoes and a mask for inner city travel.

Riding in the open-air jeep gave us a unique perspective, while Luc’s warm personality and authentic insights made us feel like locals, not just tourists.
