• A nice way to see Santorini

  This was a simple but enjoyable daytime cruise around Santorini which was about 4.5 hours. The pick up location was changed via email in advance so check your messages- this was due to the small streets and lack of access. Plan on the pick up being 45 minutes before your cruise time, depending on where you are staying. We cruised to the sulfur springs (not actually hot), Palia Kameni and Nea Kameni, over to the red beach and the white beach. Swimming at all locations. Towels provided. BBQ at the white beach which included options of fish, chicken, pork and vegetarian options. Plus a small buffet of items that were quite delicious. They offered gf pasta as a side for those with gluten issues and identified ingredients in all dishes so it was easy to decide what was safe to eat. There was wine and beer as well as soft drinks. The staff provided a brief safety overview at the beginning and were available for any questions. They described each area we stopped at to give some context. The boat was comfortable, with a change area and designed women’s and men’s washrooms. There was an interior sitting area, a back seating area, seating up top with Captain Kostas and seating out front. The only drawback was waiting to dock at the end but that wasn’t the crews fault - be sure to sit where you can get fresh air at that point if the boat is rocking! Overall, this was a very nice day out. It’s a great way to see locations not accessible by car and better than being on the switchback roads that can get jammed with traffic. Recommend!

  Half day catamaran trip. I didn't mind that. I would recommend it, although I would probably choose one that also includes a stop to climb the volcano

  Such a fabulous day out, everything was seamless and so relaxing. Great staff, easy return transfers, delicious food and great communication throughout. Definitely recommend for a lovely cruising day on the sea with a few stops for swimming 🙂

• False advertising

  “Small group” is relative and if you like being trapped on a boat with 60 strangers, then this trip is for you. We were not able to utilize top deck outside as it was “not ready yet” for whatever that means, and we were only permitted to use netted areas when stopped. Otherwise we were contained inside on picnic table style seating without enough seats for everyone. Captain stated they were able to take 55 passengers, and after I counted 60 on board. Positive was the food, pita sandwich with fixings that was done well. Despite this, overall rating of 3/5 stars. We would not do this trip again but made the most of our booking that did not fit as described!

  This was a great excursion. The boat was beautiful and immaculately clean. The crew was exceptionally kind. The narrative of what we were viewing was very helpful. A few helpful points: what was advertised as a “flotation device” was a pool noodle. If you’re not a good swimmer, this may not be for you. Also, the food prep was done right on the boat and was excellent except the pork was so overcooked that I couldn’t chew it. The rest of the food was great.
